Jetstream SC250 is a lightweight, mid-engined, rear wheel drive road-legal two seater sports car that is powered by the same 2.0 liter Ecotec Turbo Twin-Cam 16-valve powerplant and smooth six-speed transmission that appears in the Vauxhall Astra VXR, producing 250bhp as standard.
The engine can be run on either unleaded or bio-ethanol – the latter fuel increasing performance by around 10%. With the SC250 weighing in at a mere 700kg (1,550lb), an astonishing power-to-weight ratio of 357bhp-per-tonne (2.8kg/bhp) is achieved.

The price of the new Lamborghini Gallardo Coupé LP560-4 in the UK has been confirmed. The new car, first shown at Geneva Motor Show in March 2008, replaces the original Gallardo Coupé launched in 2003.
With 40 hp more power than the previous car, enhanced acceleration from 0-62 mph of 3.7 seconds, and a top speed in excess of 200 mph, the new car is priced at £147,330.00 ($289,000 USD) on the road, including NavTrak vehicle tracking system and delivery package.

Aston Martin’s V8 Vantage – originally launched to widespread critical acclaim at the Geneva Motor Show in 2005 – is to receive significant technical enhancements, reaffirming the car’s position as one of the world’s most desirable and exhilarating sports cars.
While the universally distinctive and award-winning shape of the V8 Vantage is retained, the car benefits from a number of technical changes which include significantly up-rated engine performance from a new 4.7 litre power unit in both Coupe and Roadster variants. Other changes include revised dynamics to take full advantage of increased power and torque availability, improved Sportshift™ transmission software and a new sports suspension option.

Hot in the wheeltracks of the storming IS F comes another new Lexus, the IS 250 SR. This sporty addition to the IS range expresses its performance credentials with a full body kit and 17-inch 10-spoke alloy wheels on the outside. Aluminium scuff plates and pedals add subtle visual enhancements on the inside. Heated front seats are also fitted as standard.
The IS 250 SR is designed to deliver some of the sporting allure of the IS F and IS 250 Sport at a high value price. Based on the entry-level IS 250, the new model is packed with features that have a combined customer value of more than £3,500, yet the price tag is less than £1,000 greater model-for-model.
