GM is trying to sell the Hummer brand. Now Chrysler is planning to sell the Dodge Viper business. The sale would include Viper not other Dodge models. Dodge Viper is a modern American muscle car icon. Viper is a V10-powered sports car currently manufactured by the Dodge division of Chrysler LLC.
Production of the two seat sports car began at New Mack Assembly in 1992 and moved to its current home at Conner Avenue Assembly in October 1995.

Corvette ZR1 production will be 2000 units per year. ZR1 retail price is $105,000 dealers are adding upwards upwards of $50,000 to the price of each new ZR1.
Even at that price we believe it is a good bargain compared to what the ZR1 will cost in Europe.

Whisky is not the only thing that comes from Scotland. Gleneagles based design studio Dosdeswell & Hardie has created a new supercar called Falen. Named after the Scottish demon. If all goes as planned the prototype will enter production next year and will be unveiled at next year Geneva motor show in March.
Mid-mounted 5.5-liter V10 that has over 800 bhp will be very limited as only four Falens will be built in total.

Lexus has showed the LF-A supercar on three auto shows, tested it on Nürburgring and now seems that the car is ready for production.
Lexus LF-A is powered by a 5.5-liter V10 producing around 500 hp. Lexus has said that the top speed will be over 200 mph! Both coupe and roadster versions wil be offered. And the price? Sources say the carbon-fiber supercar will cost around $225,000. Roadster version even more.

It has been 2 years since the British automaker launched its last model – the M15. Now Noble is working on a new supercar called M600.
Peter Boutwood company’s new bosscommented that the Ferrari F40 is the nearest competitor in conceptual terms, although he is quick to add that they don’t consider any other model on the market as a direct competitor.

After eight long years in development and many trials and tribulations, new British car manufacturer Keating Supercars finally unveiled their SKR and TKR supercars.
The new cars were revealed in a tension packed ceremony at country manor Meols Hall, on the north west coast as part of a closed doors event attended by leading print, digital and broadcast media and a number of special guests.

After Ford sold Aston Martin things have gotten interesting. First came the beautiful DBS and this summer they will introduce Rapide – a four-door coupe we have wrote about before.
Aston Martin is also rumored to be working on a new supercar powered by a tuned version of the 6.0-litre V12 engine producing more than 700bhp.

A man in Italy has contructed a supercar of his own design over a period of four years.
47-year old Filandri Moreno hand-built a car he calls Uragano (Hurricane). It took him four years. He claims he did not outsource almost any of the work. He did the frame, body, suspension, steering, breaks and interior details all his own.
