Last week I had a chance to test drive the all-new Audi Q5. I am glad that the snow which came down few days earlier was still there and city was having hard time keeping the roads clean. This just seemed like a perfect test to see how the Q5 handles roads that I was having hard time getting through with my front wheel drive car.
Q5 measures 4.63 meters (15.19 feet) in length and is 1.88 meters (6.17 feet) wide. It is biggest in its class and at the same time its height 1.65 meters (5.41 feet) is lowest, making it sportier than any of its competitors.

We first saw the computer generated images of the ABT Sportsline Audi Q5 back in August. Now ABT has released two live images ahead of the Essen Motor Show that will start end of this week.
Thanks to aggressive ABT body kit, 20 inch wheels and lowered suspension Q5 is not a modest SUV anymore. In addition to the visual enhancements ABT offers four power upgrade levels.

Engineers and designers at ABT Sportsline surely know what they do. They take top of the line German vehicles and turn them into something very extraordinary. And this is the case with New Audi Q5. They have modified the exterior and of course Audi’s little SUV gets a power boost.
The two diesel engines sparkle with energy: thanks to ABT Power, the 2.0 TDI delivers potent 190hp (140kW) instead of 170hp (125kW). The 3.0 TDI delivers the most powerful performance for the ABT Q5: with ABT Power S, it achieves 310hp or 228kW (Series: 240hp/176kW) on any terrain.

The new Audi Q5 was revealed less than a month and already we have the images of S-Line.
The S-Line package helps to improve the Q5’s handling thanks to the addition of a stiffened suspension kit as well as optional 20in alloy wheels wrapped in 255mm performance tires.
The car’s exterior include black exterior window trim roof rails, a polished grille and matching mesh pattern air vents surrounding the fog lights.

Volkswagen has a Touareq and also its little brother Touran. Now Audi has in addition to Q7 a new smaller SUV called Q5. Will Porsche also introduce a smaller version of Cayenne soon? More likely YES. Until then read below on what the new Q5 is all about.
The dimensions alone indicate that this is a SUV of all-new proportions. Measuring 4.63 meters (15.19 feet) long and 1.88 meters (6.17 feet) wide, the Audi Q5 is just 1.65 meters (5.41 feet) high – making it sportier than any of its competitors. What’s more, this SUV sets another benchmark in its class with a low drag coefficient of 0.33.
