More spy pictures: Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren Speedster

In addition the the first pictures and video we brought you earlier this month we have new pictures of the Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren Speedster heading to the Nürburgring.
Speedster version is 200kg lighter than the SLR 722 Edition.
The 5.5-liter supercharged V-8 is believed to be left untouched, but will be mated to an all-new exhaust system that will allow the motor to churn out more that the stock 617 horsepower.
SLR McLaren Speedster will hit 186 mph in 26 seconds. Top speed is 217.5 mph (8 mph more than the SLR 722 Edition). Imagine doing 217.5 mph with no windshield?
Only 75 examples will be built with a price tag of around $700,000.
